User Content Policy

What you can upload to AURIX, what is prohibited, and how moderation works.

1. Allowed content

AURIX allows you to upload:

• Musical works (tracks in supported formats) for which you hold exclusive or licensed rights.
• Cover art you created or use with the permission of the rights holder.
• Metadata: track/release title, lyrics, genre, language, performer details.
• Text material for the AI tools.

2. Prohibited content

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Third-party voice cloning: uploading or using voice samples of any person other than yourself; imitating or impersonating the voice of another person, artist, or celebrity.
• Content that infringes the copyright or related rights of others (pirated recordings, unlicensed samples).
• Cloning or generating the voice, face, or likeness of a real person without that person's explicit consent, including face swaps, deepfakes, and voice impersonations.
• AI-generated content passed off as an original work without the required labelling.
• Content promoting violence, extremism, or terrorism.
• Pornographic content or any child-exploitation material.
• Content that breaks applicable law or the rules of the digital stores.
• Fraudulent content aimed at deceiving users or the stores.

3. Your warranties

By uploading content you confirm and warrant that:

• You hold all rights needed for the content (exclusive rights, a licence, or the permission of the rights holder).
• The content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, related rights, patents, and trademarks.
• The content complies with applicable law and this Policy.

4. Moderation and consequences

AURIX reserves the right to:

• Moderate uploaded content before and after publication.
• Reject a release that does not meet store requirements or this Policy.
• Remove content on a valid complaint from a rights holder.
• Limit or suspend an account for repeated violations.

THREE STRIKES

For systematic violations (3 or more confirmed cases) an account may be suspended without the option to restore it.
