Billing Terms & Merchant of Record

How paid access and subscriptions work, and the role of our authorized Merchant of Record reseller (named at checkout) as Merchant of Record.

Paid access to AURIX is sold through our online reseller. Please read these Billing Terms together with the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

1. Merchant of Record

Where an order is processed by an authorized online reseller acting as the Merchant of Record, that reseller is named at checkout, handles payment processing and applicable taxes, and provides billing support and refunds for that order.

This means that when you buy a plan, your contract for that purchase is with our authorized Merchant of Record reseller (named at checkout) as the reseller. our authorized Merchant of Record reseller (named at checkout) collects payment, charges any applicable taxes, issues the invoice, and handles billing support and returns. The Service itself is provided to you by the Operator.

2. Plans and pricing

The current list of plans, their price, feature set, and access period are shown in the Service on the plan-selection page at the time of purchase. The Operator may change prices with at least 14 days notice to active subscribers before the change takes effect.

3. Payment and taxes

Payment is processed by our authorized Merchant of Record reseller (named at checkout) by card or another available method.

our authorized Merchant of Record reseller (named at checkout) collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax based on your location.
Neither the Operator nor our authorized Merchant of Record reseller (named at checkout) stores your full card details on our systems in a way that would breach PCI DSS. Card data is handled by the payment processor.
The price and the total amount you commit to are shown before you confirm the purchase.

4. Subscription term and renewal

Access is granted for the paid period (month, year, or another period shown for the plan).

Where a subscription renews automatically, this is disclosed clearly before your first payment.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
If payment is not made at the end of the period, access to paid features is suspended.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellation are described in the "Refunds & Cancellation" page. As Merchant of Record, our authorized Merchant of Record reseller (named at checkout) processes eligible refunds.

6. Your content and rights

AURIX provides AI-powered tools for creating music, cover art, videos, and promotional content.

All rights in your uploaded and created music remain yours. AURIX receives only a non-exclusive licence to store and process it in order to provide the Service. Your rights are not assigned away.
Released tracks are published in your name as the rights holder.
100% of the royalties received from stores for your content are passed on to you — the Operator does not take a percentage of streaming income. You pay only for the subscription and credits.
Content you created remains available to you even if your subscription ends: you can export your tracks and files at any time.
A subscription affects only access to paid features (generation, preparing new releases, and similar), not music that is already released or the income from it.
If the Service is discontinued, the Operator will give at least 30 days notice and at least 6 months to export your tracks and data.
